What is calisthenics?

Calisthenics is a form of strength training deriving from the Greek term, kalos stenos, which translates to mean strength and beauty.

In calisthenics training, bodyweight and various movements are used to build mass and strength. This makes calisthenics training ideal for any location because you are the gym. With Sharif as your coach, you will develop the knowledge and strength to use your own body to meet your fitness goals.

What can i expect?

During your calisthenics journey, with Sharif as your coach, you can expect to be led through a variety of “push and pull” exercises. “Push and pull” exercises include variations of, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, handstands and various other bodyweight movements. His progressions will help you to master your body’s weight to increase strength, function and ability.

Is this right for me?

Whether you can do 20 pull-ups, or never been able to do a push-up, Sharif will help take you to the next level of strength. Sharif’s mastery of calisthenics training will not only help you reach your goals, but also help you see and feel the beauty and strength within yourself.
