Sharif Fajardo is a certified strength, training and conditioning specialist. As an Olympian and retired professional athlete, Sharif brings his extensive experience in athletics and passion for functional movement into every day life.

Sharif’s expertise in calisthenics and bodyweight strength training allows him to work with clients of varying ages, experience and fitness levels in and out of the gym. When not training in or outside the studio, you can find Sharif following his other passions.

During the consultation you and Sharif will discuss your fitness goals, current fitness routine and any physical limitations.

Sharif will share with you a preliminary training program based on your goals and you can then pick a package.

Training is available in studio, at home gyms, outdoor and virtually.

 

Online Strength and Skill Programs

Online programs are eight weeks in length and based on your individual goals and ability. Included in your program is an initial phone/video consultation and weekly check-ins.
